![]() The officer didn’t wan to give me his number or authorization number.Weekdays includes travel to ENTERTAINMENT CENTER LIGHT RAIL STATION, WALTER RAND TRANSPORTATION CTR, BURLINGTON SOUTH LIGHT RAIL STATION, TRENTON TRANSIT CENTER LIGHT RAIL STA, and ROUTE 73/PENNSAUKEN LIGHT RAIL STATION. It was three NJ Both at this time and it happened in the one that was in the middle. *The issue was on Sunday 26th 2023 at 1pm. I don’t used to write complains but I think I have to do it in case so I won’t happen again. Just want to let you know this issue because was very rude behavior for a person who work with customers. I asked him for his name or number authorization but he laughed and didn’t want to gime me this information and said just to to the bus you are going to loose it ( in between laughing). I want to writhe this complain because he was laughing as well and I felt so embarrassed. I went to the next both and another nice officer help me to get my ticket. I was at 1pm at the bus station terminal and the man who was working in the middle of the three stations ( it was three offices ) was very an respectful and rude also he let me trying to explain my destination and he went to fill his cup of water when I was talking with him. I want to fill a complain about an respect and rude customer services when I bought my ticket from Port Authority to NJ ( 139 bust Old Bride stop ).
